Domestic Violence Coordinating Council (DVCC)
The Council is composed of public and private agencies,
organizations and individuals interested in domestic violence. The DVCC
exists to (a) coordinate all greater Cleveland domestic violence
efforts with a goal of reducing and eventually eliminating such
violence in our community; (b) promote prevention, intervention and
treatment; and (c) improve legal system responses, and health and
social service delivery systems.

Domestic Violence Shelter Advisory Board (DVSAB)
The Board consists of 15 members appointed by the Commissioners to
recommend the annual distribution of funds to shelters for domestic
violence victims. The source of funds is a portion of monies collected
for marriage license fees, and divorce, dissolution and annulment
filings, as authorized by Ohio Revised Code section 3113.34.
