Provides network administration for the department's seven Local Area Networks (170 workstations, 180 users). It coordinates the purchase and installation of all hardware and software, and provides training, troubleshooting, and system development according to the needs of each division.
The unit is also a liaison for the Department of Central Services and the Cuyahoga County Information Services Center.
