With an account, the logos are available for download at http://www.citizencorps.gov/cc/secure/TradeMarkReports.do?reportsDownloadLogos. They are available in multiple formats. Towards the bottom of the page you will find Ohio specific logos which might also be of use.
Additionally, the Ohio Community Service Council (OCSC) has numerous resources available to assist councils and teams. See www.serveohio.org or specifically the section on resources for county councils (http://www.serveohio.org/OhioCitizenCorps_CouncilResources.aspx).
