Grant Radio Application Information


In order to be considered for Grant Radio allocations, requestors must fill out the application and return it to Cuyahoga County PSJS.

Please follow the directions provided within the application. If the request is regional/multiple agencies, the following forms will require you to copy and complete one form for each agency:
  • Agency/Municipality Information - Page 5
  • Police Department Staffing - Page 6
  • Fire Department Staffing - Page 7 

Once the application is complete, save the entire document to your local PC before printing or emailing it.

View a sample of a Memorandum of Understanding; an MOU specific to your agency will be provided once this application is completed and approved. The MOU will need to be signed by a person of authority. 

If your agency has already begun the process to join a system, please provide copies of all documentation (letter of intent, system application, etc.) along with the completed application.
